Custom Product Return & Refund Policy
Since our products are uniquely customized or made-to-order specifically for you, they cannot be restocked or resold to other customers. Therefore, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Refund for Non-Faulty or Customer-Initiated Returns
If you decide to cancel your order or request a return for a product that has been completed and delivered, and the return is not due to an error on our part (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or the customization details were provided incorrectly by you):

Refund Amount: We will issue a refund equivalent to 20% of the original product price.

Reasoning: The remaining 80% is retained as a customization and restocking fee to cover the labor, material costs, and time spent creating the unique product, which cannot be recovered.

Shipping Fees: Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Returns Due to Our Error or Product Fault
If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., we made a mistake in the customization details, the wrong product was sent, or the item arrived damaged):

Full Refund or Replacement: You are eligible for a full 100% refund of the original product price, or we will offer a free replacement.
3. Conditions for All Returns
To be eligible for any return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
